Using a cable with cable attachments to re-create a frame or something else on the wall. Wonderful idea!
I would hang a simple mirror in the middle maybe or maybe not.

A clever upcycling again. My only concern was : Where can I find grommets? apparently you can find some online easily, the curtain grommets would work well:

Bread bag clips

Toilet paper rolls for storage

CD/DVD case for cable storage

No need to explain, and very useful if you want to organize cable at no cost!
